Hunger vs emotion vs habit
Physical hunger, a mood/stress flag, and a bored-hand-to-mouth habit can overlap. The quiz names the loudest flag and one next step. It does not rank your character.
What this does not diagnose
Not BED, not depression, not “food addiction.” A quiz cannot do that work. Kind next steps are pauses, naming the feeling, and planned meals — not a new set of rules to fail.
Logging as awareness, not punishment
Writing the meal down can show hunger gaps without turning into a streak you serve. If logging makes you harsher, stop and get human help. The app is not treatment.

This is not a diagnosis of binge-eating disorder or any mental-health condition. CaloDrop is not treatment. If eating feels out of control, or you restrict then binge, talk to a clinician or eating-disorder professional.
Not medical advice
This tool is for education and planning. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified professional.
